We worked with Thailand-based international hotel owner and operator, Minor Hotel Group, to redesign their corporate website. The challenge was to incorporate both business and consumer engagement through various touchpoints across the platform, making it accessible to both partner or potential investors but also to travel consumers.
The brand's homepage serves as a channel for both travel consumers and business consumers providing them with access through different calls-to-actions whether it's booking a hotel or inquiring about business partnerships
Simplicity and elegance
Our extensive user research defined the different facets and touchpoint of the website's design, architecture and performance. The overall interaction was made simple for ease of use, leading users to different pathways and encourage them to explore more information depending on their purpose and tasks. The look and feel highlights the luxury aspect of the brand with its images serving as a visual tool to tell the brand's capabilities and stories.
