The La Sardina Lomography camera

I was invited by Lomography Singapore to participate in an exhibition to customise one of their beloved film camera, the La Sardina.

My piece titled, La Sardina Oceanid is based on my fascination about the sea nymphs in Greek mythology. To reflect the texture of bleached corals, I used air dry clay and used bolts and screws for support. The finished product looked like a dead coral enveloped in a camera which frames the portrait of a nymph peeking through the lens.
